Honestly, you have to try this. Ask the staff to prepare you a selection of items with the different types of doughs and fillings, and I assure you you’ll leave this place with a smile in your face. They are all delicious.
Make sure to get a booking though as the place fills up always. You’ll get a slot of two hours for your table.
My family and I came to Puglia on a holiday for a few days and we visited many places with all sorts of restaurants, but Capomulino became our favourite one. We were there on the first evening of our trip and at the end we insisted to visit it again. The atmosphere was great. The food was outstanding, the staff was amazingly friendly. It is a top restaurant representing perfectly Italian cuisine. Highly recommended!

What I liked so much about this place: modern and youthful environment, innovative format with delicious and never seen before panzerotti, quick service, panzerotti well presented and served already cut, highly trained staff ready to explain every ingredient to you.
What I liked a little less about this place: many of the panzerotti were delicious but the flavor of the classic panzerotto didn't excite me. Furthermore, again for my personal tastes, the sweet panzerotti with the crust had a thin layer of fried oil with a too strong flavour.
I recommend this place, my overall rating is excellent!
